General conditions

1) GENERAL PROVISIONS

The customer confirms by his binding order that he/she accepts the sale‘s conditions for the delivery of the goods. Relationship between the buyer and the seller is subject to these terms and conditions and is binding for both parties.

2) ORDERING OF GOODS

We offer the option to purchase 24/7 directly from the comfort of your home. You can easily use your phone, email or write to our address. While making the order, the buyer must specify what cradle he/she is interested in, what type of wood the cradle should be made of and what supplements it should include.

3) ORDER CONFIRMATION

The order is accepted within 24 hours. We will send you an order confirmation and the information about the shipment by email. In case of any discrepancies, we will contact you. Before we process your order, we require payment of non-refundable deposit to our account.

4) CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Every order can be canceled within 24 hours by telephone or e-mail, without giving any reason. Just give us your name, e-mail address and a description of the product ordered.

5) SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Cradles are packed disassembled in boxes with the mattress, cradle grate, assembly tools, instructions for use and instructions for simple cradle assembly. There is an option to have the cradle delivered assembled for a surcharge of 600CZK. (The cradle will be wrapped in foil instead of being delivered in a box). Delivery charge across the Czech Republic is 200 CZK in addition to the price of a cradle.

6) DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is approximately three weeks. In case of a delivery extension we will immediately contact you after your order is placed.

7) EXCHANGE OF GOODS

We will exchange the unused and undamaged goods for another type. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In case of a return, the buyer pays the return shipping. In case of damage of the product by the buyer or any signs of wear, we require financial compensation to the extent of the damage. Please send the goods in a registered package (no C.O.D.) to our address: Hanus Antonin, Bily Potok 401, ZIP: 46362. Exchange is not an option for a custom-made cradle (ATYP).

8) CONFLICT WITH THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The buyer has the right to have the seller put the product in accordance with the purchase contract as requested by the buyer; either to repair the product or exchange it. The choice is always up to the buyer; he/she cannot be forced to any of the options above. Only if such a course of action is not possible, the buyer may request a reasonable discount from the price of the product, or withdraw from the contract. If it happens that a part is missing from the package, we will send a replacement to you immediately at our expense.

9) CLAIMS AND WARRANTY

Any complaints will be handled individually to your satisfaction and will be in accordance with an applicable law. The buyer is required to inspect the goods after the delivery in order to detect any defect or damage. The buyer must immediately inform us about the potential defects. We are not liable for defects caused by the carrier. All cradles are covered by a 24 months warranty. The guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects. The guarantee starts at the time of shipment of the cradle to the buyer. The warranty card is in the form of an invoice. The warranty does not apply to:

  1. defects caused by everyday use
  2. not following the instructions properly, subsequently damaging the product

Claim procedure:

  1. Tell us about the claim by telephone, e-mail or in writing
  2. Send the goods in a registered parcel (no C.O.D.) to our addres
  3. Describe the reason for the claim and include your address


The claim will be handled as quickly as possible, within 30 days of its emergence, ie from the receipt of the goods by our company. In case of longer claims, we will inform you immediately.

10) PAYMENT - PRICES

 

Prices of the cradles are set in our retail price list. The prices depend on the type of the cradle; see each particular cradle. The price includes pine: two-color or unicolor cradle (color selection according to current offer, see Gallery), which is disassembled in a box packed together with the mattress, cradle grate, assembly instructions + tools, instruction manual and the invoice. If a customer or a business requests production of more pieces, we can provide a wholesale price list adjusted to the requested quantity. The surcharge for the beech cradle is 800CZK. Atypical (cradles, coatings, supplements, or wood species) will be calculated to reflect the price. In terms of atypical products the payment process is the same, only the deposit varies.

 

Payment procedure

  1. The payment is a non-refundable deposit paid to our account (1500 CZK). 
  2. The payment is a supplement (the remaining amount owing) paid to a parcel service DPD. The breakdown of both payments will be sent to you immediately after the acceptance of your order.
  3. (There is an option of a complete payment to our account, if it is requested by the customer.)
